Block Specifications
The 5-kilogram coco pith blocks have extensive applications in horticulture for it's ability to retain high oxygen levels and excellent drainage properties. It is reconstituted and used as a growing medium by greenhouse cultivators and for potting mixes. After re-constitution, it is mixed with fertilizer and other additives and packed as retail pack by manufacturers of growing medium.
In recent years, coco pith blocks are widely recognized as an eco-friendly and effective soil bed alternative of peat moss. It is used to grow many plants, soft-fruit production, other horticultural crops and also for animal bedding.
Our coco pith is preformed with monsoon rain water rinse optimally to reach the desired EC and pH values. The sizes, mix ratio, pH level and EC of our pith blocks can be customized as per the needs of your environment and crops. The blocks can also be mixed with cut fiber and husk chips for varied uses.
